I was a first time homebuyer, Joe was with me every step of the way. He was very knowledgable, responsive, and helped explained everything. He continuously went above and beyond, in every aspect (including helping me find the best possible insurance, and a solution to my high student loans).
We had the pleasure of working with Joe thru the process of buying our home. From the beginning email and phone call, to the day we closed, Joe was there for us. Joe was the only reason we were able to buy our dream home. After going through the per-approval process with a local lender here in Atlanta GA we were blindsided after making a offer and learning that we were no longer approved. Although we gave accurate information he failed to acknowledge my wife receives 1099's and her salary could not be counted.
