Rich K was great to work with. He was very professional and answered every question I asked with pure honesty and never held anything back. He came through on getting me a mortgage last minute after working with another bank for over 6 months. Rich laid out all of the different mortgage options I could choose laying them out from worst case to best case. I am not very Savvy when it comes to mortgage and such my representative Vittorio b********* was so helpful he must have answered at least a thousand questions from me but he was polite he was very patient and showed a genuine concern. He made the whole process very easy for me

First time home buying experience was a great one with Residential Mortgage Solutions!! Whenever I had a question or concern my loan officer, Dave P., was easily reached and always had the answer. We just closed on a debt consolidation/refinance with Robin and her team at Residential Mortgage Solutions, Inc. The communication and ability to process things through the use of electronics was fantastic. Robin worked tirelessly to insure us we would get where we wanted and needed to be with our loan request. Greg O**** was amazing. We were in a tight spot and he helped us out. It was more than what I ever expected from him. From answering calls texts and emails any time of day or night. To constantly keeping us up to date and keeping the ball rolling for buying our house. I would definetly recommend him to anyone.
