Me and my were getting quotes our floors, they sent Mr Greg to our house for a quote. He was so easy to talk to, didn't rush our decision and he was very truthful. Customer Service was wonderful! Josh helped us through every important decisions on renovating our bathroom and new floors throughout the house! The bathroom turned out gorgeous and the new wood floors are beautiful and make a huge difference! The installation guys were also so professional, courteous, efficient and perfectionists! My wife and i just bought our first home and wanted to replace all the carpet. We couldnt get access to the house for a measurement until just a few days before closing, but really wanted the carpet installed quickly so we could move in. Josh was the hero! He was able to bring a bunch of great samples to the measurement and got the carpet ordered before he left. We had all new hardwood flooring installed in our main room and hallway, and the flooring crew did a wonderful job they worked clean and neat. Thanks so much Phillip and Edgar great job. When the flooring was done then CC Carpet came out the next day and installed new carpet in all our bedrooms and closets, and they were fantastic. Great job to all your carpet installers.
October 2019 My wife and I loved the entire experience. Zach came out and showed us our flooring options with no pressure to buy. We had two other flooring professionals provide quotes, but we decided CC Carpet had the best buy for our money. We ordered vinyl plank flooring and carpet and had it installed within two days. We appreciated the gentlemen who installed our flooring and we couldn't have been happier. I can honestly recommend CC Carpet to everyone looking for flooring.
Erick, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every detail of the different options of flooring that he presented. He also explained what we could expect for the installation. We will definitely contact him again in the near future.
The wife and I visited the Mesquite showroom and spoke with Laura. She was very nice and very professional. We knew what we were looking for and she took us right to the product. She showed several that fit the requirements we stated and we made our choice. Joe came out a few days later and measured and we selected the final color.
