I didn’t want to go here, but after having floors done in my kitchen, dining, bathroom, and both bedrooms, plus carpeted stairs, I think I should be considered a repeat loyal customer. My master bedroom flooded and I needed a new floor. The original floor I had chosen was discontinued the salesman suggested an alternate I did not realize how thin the product was until they came to install it. Because the new floor is so much thinner than the other floors which I did not want the thresholds have gaps and one came partway up within 24 hours. Your worker stole my bottle of Scotch!
I wish I could give them a zero, they charged me $211 to cancel my order. They are ROBBERS. I did not have the carpet delivered, because the buyers of my property wanted a credit for the carpet so they can pick out their own colors. I called to let CC Carpet know that I needed to cancel and Otilio Barajas, be careful with him because he'll talk sweet and friendly with you when you are ordering the carpet, but talk snotty to you when you want to cancel, told me I would be charged a 25% restocking fee of $211. I spent over 6k on their carpet out of 5 people one spoke English job was just ok. What was bad the sobs stole my bottle of Scotch, thiefing illegals! They told me can't help you. Don't use cccarpet,they got there$ Don't care about customers!
I'm not sure if this will even make it on this page but if not I have many more places to put the word out there. Installers A+ , price A customer service F only because there is nothing lower. I would like all CC Carpet employee's to read this as if this was them and see just how fare and right this is. two year ago had counter top creme bordeaux install 67 Sq feet and back of counter with bock, price was $5500.This time order 27 Sq. only for launder room counter top for $3100 that $114 per Sq. I as the sale person of creme bordeaux double the price in two year. He said no,I told him there was a problem. I need to shop around first. Found another with creme bordeaux with another company . He came out and only need 25 Sq. for a total price and installed $1875. that $75 a Sq. So what happen here?
Have to say I needed flooring for a major multi family project but after seeing your latest commercial and how low class it is I took my business elsewhere
