The installers were on time, courteous, and professional. Their work was excellent and they vacuumed and cleaned up when they were finished. Truly a positive experience.

Had luxury vinyl installed 5 years ago. Flooring started coming up and cracking. When I contacted CCCarpet, I was informed they only provided one year warranty. I would have to pay for repairs. After flooring was installed, I asked installers about gaps between floor and areas around door frames. I was told they did not seal those areas. In November 2022, CC Carpet located in Mesquite TX, installed plank vinyl in our kitchen, breakfast room, and in an adjacent hall. We were told that the plank vinyl flooring would be a good choice for flooring in those areas. In February 2023, we noticed several loosened planks in the breakfast room. We contacted the company regarding the damage, and two different inspectors came to assess the damaged area. Transaction Date was about a week ago. CC Carpet charged my 79 year old father 1,122 to change carpet in an 80 square room. They also did not give him a military/veteran discount which the Manager Linda said they normally do. They had my dad who is suffering from dementia and can't walk sign a contract that had a minimum square foot of 300 price tag on it. He did not understand the contract and my brother and I are his guardians. The sales man: Chris Lynd hung up on me and Linda told me there would be a restocking f... read more
