My experience does far has been horrible Brian. The installers came out this morning only one pair appeared to speaks English they were here before the scheduled time frame. I informed them that we have not completed all of the requirements that they asked us to do he did I asked him if you want to come in and look to see if we have time to do it while he stood there. The experience was a nightmare. I had used this company and very pleased. Maybe I just got the wrong installers as they are all independent workers who have limited communication skills. I guess i was the un lucky one! If I wanted a hit or miss I know what corners to go to in Firt Worth to get day laborers. Second time having flooring installed by this co. Had issues before but Steve Fitzgerald stepped up stood behind the services and made it right without any push back, that's why I came back. But had issues again, this time with installers only. Had several issues but will only mention the two that were most concerning. Upon inspection I notice some of the tile not laid right, the man argued with me and finally fixed it (still don't think it's completely right) -spent longer trying to get out of fixing it than he spent repair... read more
We were scheduled for install today 3/25/2019. No one showed up by 11:00 A M, so my wife called to find out they moved us out another week with out calling us of the change of dates. Disappointed with Jesse Sallnas, Jr. Customer service didn't happen today. We have prepped the rooms and pulled the toilet. Now we are waiting on to hear from Macy when this will happen. Took day off to reinstall toilet and sink. Not happy.
Installation was faster than anticipated.However, bathroom door was left off and we were told we had to get it cut to fit the new floor. This should have been addressed by Salesman, Otillio, at time of quote. Several attempts to contact him with no response. Thought we were quoted a complete turnkey price. CC carpet was paid and the door was not fixed. Make sure to check all quotes because they do not quote turnkey price.
