All seemed well install week, until they ran out of flooring due to an undermeasurement by the sales individual. Since then it has been 2 months of trying to find the additional material, finding out the material as now manufactured no longer matches the flooring that was installed. The only remediation that has been offered is to tear up the flooring in my master bath that matches to finish the unfinished job, followed by installing tile that no longer matches the rest of the house in the master bath. After little over a year, my new installed garbage disposal is currently leaking. I contact CC Carpet regarding the issue and they stated since the one year warranty has expired, they would send out someone to repair for a fee of $200. I feel that the installation wasn't done correctly in the first place. The disposal was new and if should be leaking after a year of installation. It's only been 1 year 1 month since installation. Trying to buy floors from CC Carpet is a huge hassle. They will send someone to measure. You ask the person to send you pricing for flooring with a couple of different options, in my case wood flooring and carpets, and they don't follow up. Call them again only to be told I thought you were coming in to pick out the flooring, when you made it clear during their visit you wanted to get some idea of pricing before you went to a location to pick anything. Well it started out Ok...with picking out the flooring and the Salesman Jesse Zuniga was a PROFESSIONAL at getting us financed and all. At time of installation I was fooled by the contract installers that installed our flooring. My wife and I got to looking a little closer after they left and noticed they did a very POOR job. The half round that was installed wasn't stained and didn't match the flooring. At the corners they turned the half round upside down to try and make it fit. Worst service I have ever received from a company. I have had this company out three times to complete the job they started. The carpet is coming up, it took them three appointments to my house to just get the transitions correct. They canceled an appointment the afternoon before they were to come. I have taken off work three times and the job is still a mess. The carpet is rolling and coming up and it was just installed. Carpet feels good, went with Stain master, very dis-satisfied with the install people, they chipped up my wall, took chunks out of the corners down my hallway, when I brought it to their attention they said that can happen. If they would have been careful and not tried to rush that wouldn't have happened, they tried to do during rainy morning. Upon retirement, I used $10,000 to have my patio with a concrete sealant. I saw an advertisement on Good Morning Texas where it was stated that the sealant had a lifetime warranty. Well, my sealant began peeling two months later and is so bad now. that you can pull it up with one hand. One of the workers assured me that they would fix the job for me as they once had to fix another client's job over 6 times.
