This place is GREAT they are so attentive and explain everything to you...I went to a few different dealers before going Central Ave Chrylser and was still debating to buy or not the experience with them was so diffrent, there was no pressure and the price was alot better than the others....BY THE WAY I LOVE MY CAR!!!!!!
I recently purchased a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Central Ave. As soon as I walked through the door I felt very comfortable with the situation. I was greeted by a salesman named Sly and the whole sales process went smoothly from beginning to end. I left the dealership that day with my new truck and it was an absolute pleasure. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience while buying a new car.
I bought a 2007 Hyundai Sonata V6 from Central Ave Chrysler Jeep sometime back. They gave a decent price for my old Mazda trade-in and gave a great price for the Sonata. It came with 3 month warranty and I had to fix the side mirrors and they replaced it with a new one and painted that and also gave an oil change for free. Jimmie was my salesman and he took care of everything. I would recommend this dealer for used car buying. Great work guys, keep it up!
These pepole are wonderful! When I went to Central Avenue the sales people explained everything to me and they have a wonderful variety of people. Jonathan Grant is the owner and he has done a good job on this dealership! They had all my paperwork ready and it only took about 30 minutes. I recommend this dealership beacuse the service was excellent and I love how the sales people worked well together. I would come back here again!
Horrible! That place has turned into nothing short of a zoo. From staff to management (dealt with them all) one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever encountered. Thankfully I was able to stop a few people I know who are Jeep and Dodge owners from going to this location. I DO NOT recommend this place. Don't waste your time. The best part is they ignore you once they have your money.
I have been a long time customer of central Ave dodge. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them and have referred many friends to that dealership, which have resulted in numerous vehicle sales. I have never encountered a problem until now. My wide body scartpack charger was stolen in September. Upon recovery of the vehicle I had it towed to central Ave dodge for repairs. STAY away from this dealership I brought my Ram truck in for service about 10 days ago. I needed 5 major and 2 minor things done to the truck. The truck was still under warranty. Before I brought it in I asked if they had a loaner as I knew it would be in the shop for an extended period. I was told they would have to put me on a wait list which can take weeks. It started well. .then I realized I was in the hands of a notoriously inept service dept. Long story short its been 2 months and they still have not solved the initiative problem but found plenty others to bill me for.
The rear headliner for my 2020 Rubicon kept falling. Waited 4hrs in the service waiting area to be told by Jack the service manager a new headliner had to be ordered. The service advisor Marco was of no help, he kept telling me they’re working on it. I watched my truck in the parking lot the entire time, and no one even came out to look at it.
