"Liars & unprofessional " My bf & I both own Jeeps & wanted to take them in for service repairs. Mind you, he has an unlimited lifetime warranty & I don’t. When he called this morning he was told there are no openings & the service representative was very rude with him giving him one word answers to everything, “no” & “nope”. "Purchased a lemon" The sales department is like any other, willing to help you buy but not so much after you sign. The service center is only available Monday through Friday from 730a-1030a. Not sure about you but I have something called a 9-5p (which is a job!). Without it I wouldn’t be able to pay for my brand new lease which by the way doesn’t work as it was intended. "Theft" Update! My brother returned the Jeep because it caused daily frustration to ride in a vehicle that has brought great anxiety. Since returning the vehicle, he has received no correspondence nor contact from the dealership itself. Thus, now he has lost $8,000 because the dealership has not refunded the $2,000 down payment.
" Theft" Richard Reid, a sales rep for Central Ave, stole $6000 of an $8000 down payment. He prolonged the sale until closing and purposefully did not give the client his receipt. Reid doctored the paperwork and delivered it to client at his home next day. When the client looked at the paperwork after Reid left the home, he noticed the misrepresentation of the amount. Reid has not been available since the incidence and as of September 12, 2018, Reid has supposedly been fired,
"Continuously Lies About Fees" These guys really are the worst. My wife and I lease a Grand Cherokee here last fall and they could not have acted more like your quintessential sleazy dealership. Fees kept adding up even after agreeing to the price. Don't be afraid to call them out on their inconsistent statements (i.e. lies) or else you'll be paying more than you think. They will also lie to you about registration/DMV fees and tell you that "DMV sets this fee, not us...if you overpay, we'll send you a refund". They never wil... read more

"SERVICE CENTER LIED ON INSPECTION REPORT" Brought my vehicle here multiple times for recalls. On my last visit they returned the vehicle to me with the engine overheating and wanted me to pay for them to diagnose why the vehicle is overheating. They claimed they did a vehicle inspection, everything is fine, and the problem occurred after I drove off the lot. Sales consultant did not know the product, nor was he genuine. Completely unprofessional and lack of care/interest for his customer. This would have been my 2nd purchase/lease through Central. They lost my business. Spent 6 hours in the dealership and over $500 to come home in the same car that I've had for 3 years. Waiting on my money to be returned. Also, WHITE PLAINS SERVICE DEPT is much better!!!!
I only give them a one star, because I have NO CHOICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. My car was listed on the net for 17999, They sold it to me for 1000 more. They tried for 2000, but when I got up to walk away, they brought it down 1000. That's just the beginning. Sit down and enjoy this review. I bought and delivered that day, they pushed it on me.
