Richard was so eager to take me as a client. Jumping up saying "I'm available" when they were going to find a salesperson to help me. My fault for just accepting him. He was helpful in trying to get me the price I was looking for but then after that I didn't hear back from him. They don't attend you when you need them. They're always fooling around. They wasted our time. They never gave us a car and been waiting for more then 3 hours for two days straight. Bad service.
From a buying stand point the experience was good buying my used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but was quickly changed. When the night of driving the jeep home found a crack in the side mirror promptly reported the issue and got assurances that it would be fixed but the crew at the service department changed that. I went there to buy a specific vehicle. It was not in stock. They processed an order. A couple days later I read and heard about problems with that specific vehicle. I called to cancel immediately. Not once did a manager pick up the phone to speak to me nor call me back. (I called many times) I had to call the salesperson on his personal cell phone for him to tell me the deposit is not refundable. Unacceptable. How do you do this to people. My husband and I had decided to stop in to this dealership. We were introduced to Matt Morena, who SEEMED very nice throughout the few hours we were at the dealership. Well, we were wrong, I have never had such a horrible experience as I did with Matt. He knew we were rushing to lease a Jeep Wrangler ASAP and used that to his advantage ( obviously, he's a salesman) but he was completely was outrageous. I've given Jimmy a good rating because he wants you to get the car/truck you want. Sure, he wants to make a sale but he'll try and get you a price and vehicle that will meet your needs.

I live at the towers right next to the dealership on Central Park Ave in Yonkers. My son came to visit me several times at my place of residence, and kept looking at the cars at the dealership. I have advised him on several occasions that the only way to find out about a business is to do research it. Of course my son did not listen and against my wishes went and purchased a vehicle there. Do not trust this dealership. They do not keep their word. I've contacted the parts manage about fixing the problem. He was very rude to me. I advise you not to do business with the dealership
Service dept. makes appt. for simple repair. I drive in traffic 2 hours top get there between their 7:30-9:00 am time slot and then told you must leave the vehicle. Simple door weather stripping leak and never told I have to leave the car when they made the appt. week before. Their attitude is "Leave it or go", so I went, NEVER to return to this dealer again. Nice when you buy, after that, they don't care
