I got right in at my appointment time, no waiting. The front office staff was fully prepared, all insurance processing was done and ready whwn I arrived. I was made comfortable and keot informed during my procedure. And I appreciated the follow up call the next day.
I was referred to COE last week by my dentist. I would like to share how comfortable the staff made me feel throughout the consultation. I ended up having to have a root canal and fortunately, Dr. Smith was able to take care of me that day! He is so kind, gentle and informed me of everything that was happening during the procedure. He even called the next morning to find out how I was doing. I highly recommend this team if you need to undergo such a procedure.
I highly recommend Central Ohio Endodontics. I’ve had three root canals over the past several years, all at COE and each was a positive experience. I recently saw Dr. Webster and he was wonderful! He and his assistant were very kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He explained the process and kept me updated on what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. Excellent patient care!
While having a root canal is not something to we want to experience. I really appreciate how thorough Dr. Whitcomb was. He explained everything from showing the X-ray, letting me know what I would feel and hear, as well as what I would experience once the process was done. He checked on me throughout the process. I wanted to laugh at his singing! I would definitely go back to COE if I had to. Job well done.
Dr Miinke did a great job, explained everything to me as he progressed. His assistant was awesome also and she had only been there 3 wks I was told,
