My name is Alfonso,i took my. 2020 Nismo GT-R to Cerritos Nissan collision Center to get estimated on my car .couples weeks ago ,i was waited to ne help ,i heard a girl by the name Lorena works From on desk .wooow i was surprised how she was treated a custmoer very rude ,not very profession..PLEASE. NISSAN OF HIRE WELL EDUCATED PEOLPE.I JUST WALKED AROUND FROM CERROTOS NISSAN COLLISION CENTER..

I brought my car to Cerritos collision after my accident for a second opinion and spoke to James, I mentioned to him that my insurance company had considered my car a total loss. I voiced my concerns and asked him to please do a diagnostic of my car to see if it fixable. I mentioned to him that at impact I felt my car engine shifted and that my husband noticed that the top motor mount was broken. This company proved my point why I don't trust 3rd party mechanics. The lies I was told but the truth was revealed shortly after my horrible experience. So I had repairs done few months ago, and I had a issue with my repair. So I knew it still had a warranty. So I call them and receptionist told me bring it in. I speak work with James manager and first he walks me to the car. He immediately launches blame as if I made it up and did the damage myself! Used the contact link on the Web page of Cerritos Collision Center to contact the staff on Feb. 4 to see if I could get an appointment for an estimate on Feb. 8. Today is Feb. 14 and there has been absolutely no response to my email. I even checked my spam and other email folders. I even included my Mercury Insurance claim number, thinking there would be a response. Having an email contact link on the business page is really misleading. I recently had my car repaired and I am not satisfied at all very unprofessional especially Ken I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last place on Earth on a scale of 1-10. I give them a zero.

Worst service I have ever received from a Body shop. Came to their shop yesterday at 7:15 to bring my car. My insurance company already approved their service, as of today at 5:40 Pm I have not hear from them, at least a call to let me know what's going on....... I'm an insurance agent and I I'll never refer this place to my customers

This is one of the worst repair/collision shops I've ever come across. It took them three tries to fix my front suspension/alignment and they never got it right. I had my own mechanic replaced the entire assembly a few months later out of my own pocket, and now the car runs like new. They're just incompetent period. You would be better off giving a chimpanzee some wrenches and let them loose on your car. Stay far away from this place. No idea how they got on to insurance list of repair shops.

This review is for the shuttle service. When you get work done on your vehicle, there is a shuttle service Nissan provides to their customers where you are driven to a location of your choice, and when your vehicle is ready for pick up, a shuttle picks you up and brings you back to the dealership. Great service right? Well...if your vehicle is not ready until after 4 pm, the dealership won't pick you up. That makes no sense. I had the worst customer service possible. They did not inform me that the car for ready and i came to know only from the rental car company after two days. I had to pay a out of pocket for the rental car and the person at the collision center did not have any concern for me. Even when I went to pick up the car know one acknowledged or even had the courtesy to say sorry. Even the repair work was not that great. I would recommend people to look somewhere else.
