My insurance company USAA referred me to Cerritos Collision Center, Not only was this a convenient location because it was across the street from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but I was happily surprised at how friendly the staff was and how helpful. Viri (I think that's how I spell her name) helped to make sure that my car was fixed before the estimated due date and was super friendly. I would definitely refer a friend here.

LORENA was amazing! She was attentive, communicative and has such wonderful charisma. It was such a pleasure to have her as my primary estimator from start to finish. We've had multiple cars in some sort of accident or scuff and always always refer to have our cars taken to this collision center. They have years of experience dealing with different insurances. I rarely post a review unless I feel strongly about a paticular service or event that has affected me. In this case I had need for some body work on my car and was referred to a few places. I needed repair for my car after being hit in a parking lot by an unknown person. My insurance company, USAA gave me names of repair shops. I chose the Cerritos Collision Center, closest to my home. I took the car in on a Monday. One week later it was ready for pick up. I was informed every day by my service manager, Viridiana about the progress of the repair. Cerritos Collisions Center took very good care of me. I was really happy with the final results of my car. Looks brand new! Anywho, They made me feel like i was at home. Viridiana was amazing. I really loved her. Please check them out!

Came here to service my Sienna a couple weeks ago through my insurance and the service was amazing. Upon dropping it off they got me an Uber home. Ken kept me informed and got my car back in a couple days in great condition. Rottens had chewed up wires and they replaced it. Even showed me a picture. I would definately recommend and will come back if needed (hopefully not). Thank you Ken and staff for your amazing customer service!

By far the best experience I could've imagined. The team at Cerritos Collision center was phenomenal and completely surpassed my expectations in terms of timing, quality of work and customer service. They were recommended to me through my insurance and I can see why. They kept me up to date through text on the status of my vehicle each day and as soon as it was ready they called me to let me know.
