July 2021 Recently I had the opportunity to get my Car repaired on 2 different occasions. January 2021 and June 2021. The first time I came to this shop I had a difficult time locating it since it's behind the Cerritos Nissan Dealership tucked away in a corner. The first time I was assisted by a guy who came out and took photos of the damage on my vehicle and took down any vital information for my insurance company. My insurance company USAA referred me to Cerritos Collision Center, Not only was this a convenient location because it was across the street from Enterprise Rent-A-Car, but I was happily surprised at how friendly the staff was and how helpful. Viri (I think that's how I spell her name) helped to make sure that my car was fixed before the estimated due date and was super friendly. I would definitely refer a friend here.
LORENA was amazing! She was attentive, communicative and has such wonderful charisma. It was such a pleasure to have her as my primary estimator from start to finish. I needed repair for my car after being hit in a parking lot by an unknown person. My insurance company, USAA gave me names of repair shops. I chose the Cerritos Collision Center, closest to my home. I took the car in on a Monday. One week later it was ready for pick up. I was informed every day by my service manager, Viridiana about the progress of the repair.
