Came here to service my Sienna a couple weeks ago through my insurance and the service was amazing. Upon dropping it off they got me an Uber home. Ken kept me informed and got my car back in a couple days in great condition. Rottens had chewed up wires and they replaced it. Even showed me a picture. I would definately recommend and will come back if needed (hopefully not). Thank you Ken and staff for your amazing customer service!
By far the best experience I could've imagined. The team at Cerritos Collision center was phenomenal and completely surpassed my expectations in terms of timing, quality of work and customer service. They were recommended to me through my insurance and I can see why. Before I even brought my SUV in for repair, I spoke to James over the phone and he was very helpful. He called the insurance company to setup a car rental for me. When I brought my SUV in, everyone was very friendly and polite. I had rear bumper work done and it was done perfectly. Ken handled my claim and he called me frequently to give me updates on my SUV. I definitely recommend this place and it's conveniently located in the Cerritos Auto Square right across from Enterprise.
These guys do terrific work! The reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they have internal communication issues. When they give you a date it is more of a suggestion than a promise. They are pleasant people and again remember their craftsmanship is great.
I came back because the prior work they did on my front grill and hood was not properly aligned but when i came back it seemed to be under new management and the place seemed a lot more professional. At first I was dreading coming back hear but since they warrantied the work I had no choice. I am glad I did come back because everything has been 100000 times better than my first experience. I was so impressed with the staff here particularly Keith who was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. He took my sad situation with my car and made me feel so much better. They even update you daily on the status. My car looks new as it was! Thank you to Stephanie the receptionist who was super warm and helpful. Wish all places were like this with people who actually care about customers and doing there best. Highly recommended A++++++++++. Will tell my friends.

"Outstanding"!!! I took my Truck there for repair and could not have been Happier with the finished product.
