I have used their services twice in the last two years. 2012 - Early August a drunk driver rear ended my 2011 Altima. I dropped off the car on August 6 and it was ready for pick up on August 21st first thing in the morning. They did an amzing job. Can't even tell the difference between a new on the lot vehicle and my car. They texted me, emailed me and call me at every step of the way. This review is specifically for Chris, white presenting male whose role is customer facing. On Wednesday, March 27th, I was involved in an auto accident. I bought both my cars through Nissan Cerritos and take my cars for service, so naturally, I thought I would take my car to the same location. TLDR; Read the forms they ask you to sign because they want you to assume liability for their employees driving your vehicle. My insurance company, Mercury Insurance, sent my mom's vehicle to Cerritos Collision to obtain an estimate for the damages resulting from her vehicle being stolen. In order to obtain an estimate, Cerritos Collision required us to sign a form that states, "I understand my car will be driven by your employees to make required tests at my risk." If you need your car repaired here, turn around. I was rear ended over a month ago. This place was on the list that my insurance provided. I chose it for its location. I had to call constantly for updates as I did with my insurance too. When all was said and done the damages outweighed the value of the car and the insurance company totaled my car. I brought my car to Cerritos collision after my accident for a second opinion and spoke to James, I mentioned to him that my insurance company had considered my car a total loss. I voiced my concerns and asked him to please do a diagnostic of my car to see if it fixable. This company proved my point why I don't trust 3rd party mechanics. The lies I was told but the truth was revealed shortly after my horrible experience. So I had repairs done few months ago, and I had a issue with my repair. So I knew it still had a warranty. So I call them and receptionist told me bring it in.
