My Tahoe was broken into and the 3rd row yanked, so needed new seats, the driver door fixed and the headliner replaced. Idiots. Cerritos Collision Center was a referral to me by State Farm and they were awesome! Daniel Estrada kept me informed of where my truck was all along the way and when I got it back, it looked brand new! Not to mention it was clean.....no one does that! I would recommend them to anyone :-)
when here because it was on the list of body shop my insure company deals with.. my car is a came out great I love it can not tell it been crashed.
I have used their services twice in the last two years. 2012 - Early August a drunk driver rear ended my 2011 Altima. I dropped off the car on August 6 and it was ready for pick up on August 21st first thing in the morning. They did an amzing job. Can't even tell the difference between a new on the lot vehicle and my car. They texted me, emailed me and call me at every step of the way. Some dude hit my car. These guys took care of everything in a professional manner. No Complaints.
One star only because you have to choose something, they don't even deserve that. Avoid this place! I'm not even sure how many different ways they screwed up or what blunders these idiots must have made along the way to be able to take 6 weeks to put in a rear windshield on a 2018 Tundra. One of the most accessible and popular trucks in America and they just keep telling me it's back ordered. Horrible service at this collision center. I came in for an estimate of damages to my Lexus RX 350 bumper and the man named Chris gave some disgusting comments about my vehicle's condition and he just straight up said $5000 plus off the bat without even inputting it onto a computer and giving me an actual physical copy for a reference... I do not recommend coming to the shop for any kind of repair. Very upset with this man!
Worst customer service ever, Chris is a pure jerk insulted me left me waiting in a waiting lobby & gave me a poor estimate. If your looking to be insulted over the phone & in person then come here
This review is specifically for Chris, white presenting male whose role is customer facing. On Wednesday, March 27th, I was involved in an auto accident. I bought both my cars through Nissan Cerritos and take my cars for service, so naturally, I thought I would take my car to the same location. TLDR; Read the forms they ask you to sign because they want you to assume liability for their employees driving your vehicle. My insurance company, Mercury Insurance, sent my mom's vehicle to Cerritos Collision to obtain an estimate for the damages resulting from her vehicle being stolen. In order to obtain an estimate, Cerritos Collision required us to sign a form that states, "I understand my car will be driven by your employees to make required tests at my risk."
