My mom's review: I rarely write reviews but my experiences at Cerritos Collision warranted one! First, my insurance company recommended Cerritos Collision after I was rear ended and the experience was amazing especially with their respect for my time. Someone stole the grille off of my car and I called the body shop, they had me in and out in under an hour. They replaced the grille And the plastic screws that were attached to it since they were the wrong ones. Their overall professionalism and customer satisfaction should be the standard at every place of business. I'm very grateful for their quick and honest work.

My son's car needed a catalytic converter replacement due to the resent theft in our neighborhood. We called USSA, and they hooked us up with these guys, within the same day a tow truck picked up his car and immediately dropped it off. The very next day, his car ready to be worked on .. with an acceptation that they had to find his eyes to the car. My car was hit so I chose this location to get repairs. Big shoutout to Chris and the rest of the team for making my situation less stressful and much rather smooth. He made sure to communicate every update to me, whether it was via voicemail or text updates if I was busy working. They were very effecient, there were more repairs that had to be done in addition to the incident and it still didn't even take that long. Thank you guys so much!! I would definitely recommend family and friends to come here!

Got my Toyota Highlander SUV repaired due to an accident to the bumper and hood area. The repair was replacing two parts on the bumper. Overall, I think communications could be improved. I never got a status on my vehicle, and I had to call myself for the pickup of my vehicle. Luckily, David the Director helped with an issue concerning a missed section of repair of my car which was easily buffed out and touched up on the bottom with some touchup paint. All is good once again.

I can't speak to their prices, as the responsible party's insurance paid for everything, but for service these guys are top notch. Kept us updated, no b.s., polite and professional. Work was too notch. After being rear ended on the freeway and the damage that appeared to have be done, it looks and runs brand new again. I thought it was totaled for sure. This crew is too notch.

I was hesitated to drop my damaged Lexus there as this place got 3.5 stars only. After talking to an estimator Lorena Garcia, I decided to give it a shot. Lorena had a mechanic put a pin tightening the wheel well. It enabled me to continually drive the car till the estimate got approved by insurance. She went extra mile and earned a client. During the repair process, I was able to reach her by email or phone. Some times she would send me a status update. I really appreciate her service.
