Brought my car in for some routine services. Appointments are required before hand. The waiting areas are clean and somewhat spacious. No sna KS or beverages available, but there are some snacks for sale at the Service desk and I believe a vending machine. Service can take anywhere from 1-5hours depending and a complimentary carwash. Service people are nice and listen to your concerns.
