Happy with our service advisor Christa & John Meyer. Service Manager the other John ?? Was completely rude and very unprofessional telling us we need more work done on our vehicle. He was out of line shouting at my husband after we spent thousands of dollars for repairs at their shop. We started having problems after repairs were done. Now telling us we need additional repairs. Trash service, topping off all fluids means topping off just windshield wiper fluid
The car sales person was nice until I bought the car. I test drove the car with floor mats and hybrid charger in the car they sold me the car without the floor mats and hybrid charger, scratches on the vehicle. I went back to pick up the floor mats and charger waited over an hour just to be told they aren't going to help . The manager said he would look into help but never did, Was actually the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to customer service after buying the car don't buy here!!
Brought my car in for a noise. They had the car for two days and couldn't figure out what was wrong. They finally said it was one thing but that wasn't where the noise was coming from. Wanted $3400. Took it elsewhere and they found exactly what the problem was and didn't charge me anywhere what dealer wanted. They were suppose to fix the pad thing coming out in the bottom front on the passagener side, instead they removed both sides. I'm assuming it was to protect something like a sensor? Anyway it was there for a reason I'm sure and now they are both gone.. .
I had a bad experience from this dealership. They are not Trustworthy and I should not have given them my business. As a consumer I felt mislead, lied to, and tricked. Basically what happened was a salesperson named Tony continuously lied to me via text regarding a vehicle I was going to purchase. I had to return my car because the alignment was not correct and when I was told it would be ready in two hours I returned there was a two hour delay. I was told by Brandon that the "alignment was due to over inflation of my tires. " I was quite surprised because I did not have any work done on my tires so the inflation issue must've occurred on my previous Nissan appointment a week earlier .
