Didn't like the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes after my set up appointment online just for someone to attend me and then they didn't even check what I asked them to check even though it asked the guy a few times to check. But the place is clean.

The dealership's "internet manager" is a bot that can't even answer the question asked through your communication feature which pretty makes your website useless as a communication tool and just turns into a window shopping experience instead of a car buying tool.

They didn't do what I asked which was a engine pressure test, instead they just looked around and asked me to bring back the vehicle after 500 miles so they can charge me again. This is a scam, when Nissan ignores specific instructions, and charges you. The good news is it inspired me to find another mechanic.

I was not happy with the service. The first time I took the car in for an acceleration problem the service writer tried to sell me a set of tires. After I brought it back and a $900 dollar repair was done. It failed it again. I brought it back and the service writer tried to sell me a transmission. I'm not happy with the overall experience.
