Well the car have issues, I have purchase 3 certified cars and this time the car have so many issues which are ignore by the sale rep and the only thing they did add extra insurance now I know why they insisted so much... Car has problems, vibrate like crazy now the sensor of crashing is popping out from nowhere

No stars of I could came in with an approval from my own bank, after purchasing the vehicle found out that my new auto loan was sold to a company called upgrade.

Repairs finally was finished after 3 visits and the transmission finally went out.

Left the drivers side ball joint axle screw lose, did my complaint with them and have not received a response.

My appointment was scheduled at 8am for oil change and rotate tires. I was given a couple of hours max to complete the service. I waited in the customer lounge for two hours thinking my vehicle should be ready by then. Next thing I know is that my care wasn't even worked on. My service rep didn't inform me of delayed service. Come to find out my last visit they removed my air filter & didn't replace it. Very dissatisfied as they are constantly trying to upscale me on over priced parts & maxed out service charge.
