Whole house safety check. The inspection was pretty thorough. However, there was no written report. Only a verbal one.
Evaluate problems with light over washer/dryer and light at front door. Installed two switches, reinstalled one light. Consulted on problems with electrical service to the garage and options for installing a new door bell, David came within the expected time window, was efficient, seemed to know what he was doing, got things straightened out relatively quickly, and was willing to answer my questions about various electrical things around the house.
Removed an old ceiling fan and replaced it with a new one I had purchased. It took a little longer than originally anticipated because the old fan was hard to remove, but Todd just kept patiently working until it was done. I was impressed that he was willing to return the same day after I accidentally missed him the first time he came by. Technician was very professional, courteous and did a great job.
An electrical safety inspection was performed. Very thorough. Removed entire panel, check all outlets, etc. This inspection gives a homeowner with an older home peace of mind. See above
Changed some electrical sockets. Terrific. He explained the problem and made the fix.
I purchased a Big Deal for recessed lighting. When the installer came out I was advised that it may do a lot of damage to the ceiling to install the recessed lights. I appreciated their honesty. I decided not to have the lighting installed for this reason.
I bought a deal for $175 for whole house lightning and surge protection. We were very satisfied. Scheduling wasn’t difficult and they came out quickly. The work was neat and the devices are accomplishing what they are supposed to do.
I took advantage of the AngiesList deal for 4 recessed lights, installed by this vendor. Light installation was in our kitchen, replacing one big light fixture in the middle of the room. This went very well and I'll definitely contact them again for more Elect. projects in our house. Fix the baseboard heaters, Chuck was the electrician. He did an outstanding job in figuring out what the problem was and explained what he was doing. Chuck is a real asset to Certified Electrical. If I have any electrical service needed, Chuck will be the one we will call.
