Cesar did a great job with what was a really complicated loan. He appeared to be in a large bureaucratic situation where some things slipped through the cracks or took longer than expected to get a response. Cesar was always prompt in responding and helpful in his communication with me and made himself very available. I appreciate his customer service mindset. I was not sure if I would qualify for the loan. When talking to them I was helped in every question I asked. They worked with me in all aspects of the loan and it went through fast . I tell my friends so they can go with them.
