Fast and easy refinance
Great communication throughout the process. While the closing date was much later than I believe it should have been, the process was very easy and I really liked having the closing documents brought to my home for signature.
Hire more people like Cesar Fierro. He was very helpful and dealt with me honestly and professionally, unlike most of the other PennyMac reps. I was sent at least 6 'payoff demand statements'. Who needs that many stacks of wasted paper. Thank You
Title company didn't send proper amount to close old loan and I paid more to cover escrow shortage out of closing. Poor math, poor service. No help. No answers, nobody at PennyMac helped and caused me to not have funds for Christmas. My kids thank you for nothing.
I would have liked to have a more accurate explanation of the costs involved with the refinance. I believe I would have told your company to take a hike had I known how much you would charge and how confusing the whole process would be. Terrible experience. A lot of contact from agent with no new information provided, basically wasting my time. I hope you sell my account to someone else so I never have to deal your company again.
