Chad was recommended to us by a friend and we are so pleased with all of his expertise! We really felt taken care of during our refinance process. Chad even reached out to tell us we could improve upon our current rate, 6 months after refinancing. Which we did! All of the Guarantee team we worked with are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend giving Chad a call when you need a mortgage broker.

Chad and his whole team are amazing. They talked me through the whole process. I knew what was going on every day. They checked in on me throughout. Even when I had random questions, they answered immediately and I never felt like it was a bother. The whole process was easy, clear, and well run. I highly recommend them for purchasing a home (which I did) and refinancing ( which I did).

Chad made it possible for us to get our house! He truly worked a lightning fast miracle for us. We are first time buyers, and this was the first house we wanted to put an offer on. It’s been over 20 years since I bought a house. Chad was great in how he relates and handles his business (and ours). He was immediately more like a pal than a banker. He handled each step and process with the utmost respect while he explained things positively so even a financial novice (me) could follow without felling like I was talked down to. Chad was fantastic!! Customer service outstanding!! There were many obstacles and challenges to overcome including credit issues, but Chad was able to find the right program for us and get the loan closed! He explained every step in the process and was diligent as we continued to move forward to the close. Chad is definitely the best around for Mortgage loans and we highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home.

Chad and his team did an excellent job. We did a quick close and he actually was able to closer even earlier. Great communication and gets the job done. I dare say he made it easy, I was expecting problems, but it really was a smooth process. I was never guessing about what was needed or what to do next, very clear.
