Chad was very helpful with our loan. We were able to meet him at his office personally when we requested it. When we decided to change the terms of our loan because our house was assessed at a higher value that we expected, he immediately set into motion the changes we requested without any problem.

I went to Stewart and Soss for a second opinion after completing all the documents at lending tree. Chad was really helpful and professional. Stewart & Soss gave me a great rate plus all fees paid, I did pay a cent for closing. Lending tree tried to match their offer but they couldn't. I had BofA 30 year fixed with 6.875% and tried for over a year to modify the loan with frustration after frustration, "lost documents" that latter appeared and horrible costumer service. Fastastic service, I highly recommend Stewart and Soss. They had the best rate I could find. I worked with Chad and Nikki on a refinance (FHA to FHA), and I was astonished at how smooth and easy it was. They guided me every step of the way. Communication and planning was excellent, and Chad has even been extremely responsive to questions even after we closed. Everyone I worked with was professional, courteous, and friendly.
