I worked with Chad for over a year to find the right home. Chad helped me make multiple offers before being successful and landing my dream home. Chad was exceptionally responsive and worked with my realtor over a holiday period to make sure my offer stood out and was accepted. During the contract period Chad was extremely helpful and was even there for me after closing to answer a few questions. He has been great to work with!

Chad helped us refinance our mortgage and he was excellent. Very responsive when we had questions and walked us through the entire process. When we closed, they came to us so that we didn't have to take time off of work which was perfect for us.Thanks so much Chad!

There were many aspects of buying our house that felt stressful and confusing. Chad made sure that securing a loan was not one of them. He was professional, knowledgeable, reliable and kind every step of the way. He kept us well informed, answering all of our question even the ones we didn't know to ask. Since finalizing the loan, he has continued to check in and make suggestions about refinance options. You cannot hire a better advocate for helping you get the right loan.

Chad helped us close on the original loan and then refinance at lower rates twice since then. He was very helpful, came to our home to meet us and learn about our needs and goals, he walked us through all of the paperwork, promptly answered questions via phone or email, and made certain that all of the people we had contact with were prepared and efficient. Chad was an awesome person to work with. He was patient throughout the entire process, he was never pushing me to make a decision. He answered every question I had and presented options. When I was unsure about something he laid everything out and gave me time to think on my own without forcing me into a quick decision. I enjoyed working with Chad on my initial loan and I also came back to him for my refinance as well. I'll probably be going back to Chad when I'm ready to make my next purchase :)

I must say that I feel that the quality of service that we received from Chad and his staff most definitely went up and beyond the call of duty. Chad was so very diligent in using modern technology, such as emailing, texting and calling us to staying in touch. Chad was very helpful every step of the way throughout our home purchase. We were first time home buyers and with that came a lot of questions. Chad was able to give immediate answers to all of our questions and made us feel good about moving forward throughout our home purchase.
