Chad Geyer is extremely knowledgeable, sincere, and very pleasant to work with! He was genuine and educated me about my loan and for that I am grateful. Stewart and Soss provided me with a very detailed cost estimate for the refinancing, information that was hard to obtain from some other mortgage firms I was in contact with. Also, the credit back was substantially higher. I can highly recommend to use their services.

I came back to Stewart and Soss for my second refi experiance as the first one was quick and pain free, The people I worked with were very responsive and communicative. Both transactions took about a week each.
