I don't think my mortgage situation could have been more complicated (at least that's what Chad at Pinnacle and 3 other loan officers at other companies said to me), but Pinnacle was the only one to get it done. Not only that, they stuck with me and the process for months as we figured out the paperwork needed, and I know Chad, my loan officer, personally fought for me with his underwriter while also running dozens of scenarios just to make sure I could finally get into my home.
