They are full of energy and work extremely hard to find the right buyers for our property. He sold our home in 4 months. We were impressed with how he kept it right at the front of the market. He showed it often. He is very appropriately advertising. It's not the market. It's the marketing. Definitely his words to live buy. And when we wanted to buy he showed us the type of home we wanted in the price range we wanted

I have been very pleased with the amount of effort Chad has put into trying to sell our house! We have seen a lot of interest in our house since it has been on the market and it is because of Chad's marketing plan.

Chad followed through on everything he said he was going to do. His marketing strategies are top notch, he is straight forward and makes you feel like you are his only client, and his communications are timely. Chad ended up buying our house after negotiations fell through and stayed true to all of our agreements. If we ever buy or sell again Chad will be the only one we work with.

We moved from the East Coast in 2014 to the Brainerd Lakes area specifically to live on and enjoy MN lake living and fishing. We had the best real estate transaction with our agent we have ever had. We have been involved in six real estate transactions with a varying degree of experiences. Our agent was professional, proficient, and punctual in our search for a new home. We were kept apprised of listings and showings.
