After having my house on the market with no luck, I switched to list it with Chad & it sold in a couple months. Talk about a good feeling! Chad was in constant communication with us and really worked with us to fit the showings around my schedule, not his. The Exit crew is great!
When deciding on a realtor, Chad had the most realistic suggestions for pricing my property. The staff have very easy to work, they are pleasant when they call about showing and always take time to explain what I don't understand.
We have had nothing but good experiences dealing with Chad. We have recommended him to many people and will continue to do so. Chad listed our property and in the end we decided to sell it outright to him so he could develop a small housing project. At the time we were going through a rough period so his help in moving this property worked out for both of us.
My house was already on the market for 6 months prior to listing with Chad. Once listed it only took a day and a half to sell. Very impressive! My boyfriend was a little skeptical since it had already been on the market but Chads marketing strategies were amazing! I deffinately will recommend him to everyone that I know!!!

Randa Haug was wonderful to work with. She was flexible and made herself available on the weekends when we had time to view lake homes. Ask for her next time your looking for a home.
I first call the office to look at a newly listed home. Randa called us back on a SUNDAY! She got a hold of the owner. We got to look at the house that day. Unfortunately, not the house for us. She called us back to see if she could be of assistance in finding another home to look at. I had one in mind at the time. Again, she came though. Again, not for us.
