We were very pleased to work with Randa Haug. She was able to show us some homes, sometimes even short notice. We are still in the process of buying a house, and she is with us every step of the way. if we had a question about a house that was through a different realtor, she would have an answer within that same day. She was amazing to work with and was VERY patient with us. I would recommend her anytime!

I wasn't from the area in which I had a home to sell. I interviewed three real estate agents before going with Chad and his Exit Realty team. Chad was excellent in all parts of transaction. He responded to all e-mails and phone calls within 30 minutes, and in most cases within minutes, literally. Chad also has a "team" that follows all phases of the sale. Chad was honest about pricing at right amount, neither to high or to low. In our case, we had out of the ordinary issues, which Chad personally involved himself, above and beyond his role as a realtor.

Chad recommended pricing that generated four offers. House was sold in three days for an amount higher than I expected. I will always trust Chad and his associates with my future real estate transactions!

Chad had been recommend to us. Our experience working with Chad and his staff couldn't have been better.
