We had our lake home on the market in 2012 from Memorial Day through Oct. with another realtor & never had one person so much as look at it. We contacted Chad, who got it back on the market in the dead of winter, the end of Jan. 2013 & we had a buyer by the end of March!!! We were amazed. We would absolutely recommend Chad as a realtor. He is thorough, competent & respectful.

Chad and his team really went the extra mile to help us buy this home. If we had questions or concerns, they were always just a phone call or an email away. We had a couple of things that needed to be fixed before we actually purchased the home and Chad stayed on top of the issues until they could be resolved. I worked with Chad over the course of about three years in my search for a lake property in MN. My husband and I were very particular in what we wanted, and Chad was always very patient in his dealings with us even though I'm sure he, at times, felt frustrated. Chad and his entire staff were extremely professional and responsive. We never had to worry what was going on with the sale of our property because they would give us updates as soon as they had information to share. Chad was able to negotiate the sale of our house without asking us to lower our price. He knew what our price point was and that’s what he got us. There was no pressure. I would highly recommend Chad for any real-estate buying or selling!
