Chad followed through on everything he said he was going to do. His marketing strategies are top notch, he is straight forward and makes you feel like you are his only client, and his communications are timely. Chad ended up buying our house after negotiations fell through and stayed true to all of our agreements. If we ever buy or sell again Chad will be the only one we work with.

We moved from the East Coast in 2014 to the Brainerd Lakes area specifically to live on and enjoy MN lake living and fishing. We had the best real estate transaction with our agent we have ever had. We have been involved in six real estate transactions with a varying degree of experiences. We've owned several homes in our 70 years. Our last home we had the good fortune to have Chad as our realtor. What an outstanding job he does! He knows the market, has the best advertising strategy and is so helpful. The year we had it listed was in the depression years. Nothing was selling and we decided to stay put.
