Chad was amazing! He got us into our first home in less than two weeks! He listened to all our concerns and took us out. In a matter of two hours we had toured three fabulous homes that each met ALL of our requirements. All that was left was for us to pick our favorite. -- So much better than our previous experience with realtors!

During a trip to northern MN we met Randa Haug and advised her we were looking for a summer home on a lake in the area. She came back with a list of possibilities. We did a drive by the next day of the houses and picked out the 7 we were most interested in. The following day Randa took us to each of these houses. All of Chad's Staff are VERY helpful from start to finish when buying a home. They are always upbeat, you can just feel it through out the office. When we needed to research about wood foundations my Agent was helpful in every way, and really going the extra mile. She went back to the property with me two more times to check things out. When it comes to customer service, they are great.

We had our house listed for 2 summers with local realtors and were unsuccessful selling. We listed with Chad and within 2 weeks it was sold. Needless to say, there is a reason he is the best in the area!!!! I honestly cannot find one complaint with Chad and Exit Realty.

ADAM WAS VERY GOOD AT GETTING THE PROPERTY SOLD. HE WAS DILLIGENT IN SHOWINGS OF THE PROPERTY HAVING TO WORK AROUND RENTERS IN THE PROPERTY DURING THE SELLING.
