Chad Schwendeman was the person to go to when we wanted to sell our house and had our sights on a new house which we now call home. From the start Chad was honest, fair, and truly a go-getter. He asked us what we needed and listened intently to tell us how we needed to get there with him leading every step of the way. Chad always returned our phones calls and emails no matter what the time of day. He shared informational email presentations that kept us in the loop of what we needed to do to stay focused on selling our home.... read more

Lance Nelson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our home buying experience. He stayed within our bugdet, was very flexible to accommodate my busy schedule, listened to our needs/concerns and showed us homes that fit those needs/concerns. I would recommend Lance Nelson to anyone looking to buy a home especially first time home buyers such as ourselves. Also, Tessa, Exit Lakes Reality's closing coordinator was very helpful during the closing process and she would always go the extra mile to get us the information w... read more

The Chad Schwendeman group was truly professional to work with and very responsive to the clients needs, a first class transaction! Questions were answered promptly and all communications were excellent.

Randa guided us through the process of buying our first home. She explained what steps to take and things to look for when looking at homes. My husband and I were between cities during our house search. Randa happily accommodated our crunched schedules. We are very thankful for her guidance in purchasing our first home!

We were in a position to have to do a short sale. Chad, his team, and his network, were able to perform this task for us in less than two weeks. From start to finish was absolutely AWESOME and totally PROFESSIONAL. And still, Chad and his team took the time to maintain that personal touch that is oh so important. Thank you.

I never met Chad. I worked with Randa and Tessa. They were very efficient and extremely fast in getting back to me. Randa was available long days and seven days a week. She was kind and cooperative and represented me very professionally.

We worked with Randa Haug in the purchase of our home. She was great to work with and was always available to help or answer any questions we had. We would definitely work with her again and would recommend her highly!

I am so impressed with Exit Lakes Realty. I dealt with Randa Haug and Dave Kosmecki; however, I did not know anyone at Exit Lakes Realty when I made that first telephone call. They are so well organized and were always there for me. They were there with their honesty and integrity every step of the way from the financial aspect to actually finding a home. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and assistance through the purchasing process.

The Chad Schwendeman agency made our home buying process efortless and fun! Our agent was fantastic as well. We were able to find a lake home we loved in just a couple weekends. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy or sell any type of property. The degree of professionalism and attention to customer service exceeded my expectations.
