Chad has been very helpful in listing our home and searching for a new one. He definitely knows the real estate industry. We haven't sold yet, but we have had a lot of showings and interest.

His marketing strategies are top notch, he is straight forward and makes you feel like you are his only client, and his communications are timely. Chad ended up buying our house after negotiations fell through and stayed true to all of our agreements. If we ever buy or sell again Chad will be the only one we work with.
