We had our house listed for 2 summers with local realtors and were unsuccessful selling. We listed with Chad and within 2 weeks it was sold. Needless to say, there is a reason he is the best in the area!!!! I honestly cannot find one complaint with Chad and Exit Realty.

ADAM WAS VERY GOOD AT GETTING THE PROPERTY SOLD. HE WAS DILLIGENT IN SHOWINGS OF THE PROPERTY HAVING TO WORK AROUND RENTERS IN THE PROPERTY DURING THE SELLING. HE KEPT GREAT CONTACT WITH US WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS AND SUCH. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE SELLING THIS PROPERTY WITH THIS AGENCY. He sold our home in 4 months. We were impressed with how he kept it right at the front of the market. He showed it often. He is very appropriately advertising. It's not the market. It's the marketing. Definitely his words to live buy. And when we wanted to buy he showed us the type of home we wanted in the price range we wanted
