While looking at homes around the state we found one in the Breezy Point area and called the Schwendeman agency and reached Amanda Lumley-Reichenbach. Her knowledge and understanding as well as all the assistance since has made this process move along and made us feel like we choose the best agency in the area. We have dealt with other realtors and she stands out.

Chad is amazing at his work, which for him is a calling. After moving to Michigan, I needed to sell my home in Minnesota; I wasn't available and he needed to work around (and with) tenants who had no incentive to help me sell. He gave amazing advice, wooed the tenants, was communicating constantly with all parties, and devised strategies to help every party feel like they were coming out on top. The tenants cooperated. I sold my house. I got a price that made me happy.

Jeff Isom, well I completely lucked out. From day one Jeff made me feel like "I mattered". Being my first house and my dad being 2 hours away, Jeff helped me like my dad would have helped me. He explained things in a way I could understand. He turned me away from gouses ge thought would be a maintenance headache and supported me above and beyond for the house I am purchasing. Chad truly puts the marketing in marketing the house, when Chad says he will sell your house, consider it sold. After being on the market with another guy, I had Chad take over and he really did take over. When selling your house consider Chad it will be worth you time. John & LaVae Wencel

Amanda did a tremendous job, always right there if I had a question. The inspection was fast and efficient also. She also made recommendations to me for home owners ins. lenders. etc. She has been very helpful and responsible. Thanks for the help.

Randa was very personable and easy to contact. She worked hard to meet our needs and very professional! She was willing to meet us at any time to show the house and set up emails that gave us daily recommendations for what we were looking for.
