we had the pleasure of working with Marci from exit lakes reality. She was always there with an answer to any questions we had, she was very knowledgeable when it came to the houses we wanted her to show us, and overall she was just one of the nicest people i have ever met. I would get a “merry Christmas” or “happy thanksgiving” text from her and it just made us feel like she actually cared and wasn’t just trying to make money and sell us a house. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to find their forever home.

We just closed on a house that took 3-4 months because of special circumstance (previous owner deceased) Our agent was Marci Kotzenmacher and she was with us every step of the way obtaining what we needed to close the deal. There were multiple hoops to jump thru since the previous owner wasn't here to give us needed information. With Marci's guidance we got everything we needed and finally signed the papers! David Grell needs to teach other realtors the art and skills of “selling” a house! He was professional and competent and understood our unique home features.
