Jeff Isom was amazing! We are first time home buyers- he was always available for questions, offered great suggestions/ advice/ service and worked around our crazy work schedules.
Jeff Isom was our agent through exit reality. He was always on time, helped every step of the way, always available for questions and did an overall great job.
Chad has a awesome team over at Exit reality. I personally worked with Randa and Tessa and they were top notch in my book and I would strong recommend them for buying or selling. Randa and Tessa we're easy to work with and they were always quick to answer questions or just calling you back in a timely manner. Randa made the buying process of are property easily understandable. From e-signatures to the closing she was always there. She had no problem making things seem so simple. Thank you for all the help these last couple w... read more
Very professional, very commutative, very hardworking in trying to get the property sold. I would definitely refer everyone I know to them! The next time I need a realtor I know who to call.
Absolutely amazing! I loved working with this company and all the people were so helpful and was always there with any questions I had! I knew I could contact them anytime and get a response in no time.
Working with Randa on Chad's team was a pleasant experience. She listened to our thoughts. She was responsive to our questions and concerns. She made herself available when needed. Randa offered sound advice and was an advocate to us as buyers. Chad also followed up to verify if our experience with his team met our needs.
I have worked with Sean Mello in the past and he always gave 110%. His helpfulness and attention to detail made it an easy and stress free experience! Would recommend to anyone!
Our family located a listing for a seasonal cabin on Zillow. After making a request on Zillow we were contacted promptly by Jeff Isom with Chad Schwendeman real estate. Jeff did a fantastic job of helping us with our purchase. There were some last minute negotiations because of an issue with the seller and Jeff helped us work through it. I would highly recommend Jeff Isom and Chad Schwendeman real estate.
Chads Team is nothing short of amazing! Jack, Adam, Ashley and everyone else there has been fantastic! While we hope this is our last move, we will refer everyone over to them!
