Randa was very good at explaining the process for a first time home buyer like myself. She worked around our schedule and showed us both the homes we saw online and recommendations of her own. We ended up buying a house she had recommended, so put a little faith into your agent.

Do NOT go with anyone else. Go with Chad Schwendeman and Exit Realty. Again - Do NOT go with anyone else but Chad and his team. I was going to write a long explanation of what brought me to Chad, but the bottom line is - He will sell your house. This has been over a three year process for me. Working with Chad was a great experience. If I had to say one that that would separate Chad from the rest it would be his communication. Chad makes sure you are kept informed at all times. He goes out of his way to keep in touch with you and makes the effort to make sure your house is sold and not just a listing.

Chad and his team dominate the Brainerd Lakes area for a reason! They are professional in their approach with clients, but aggressive when it comes to marketing and getting the most for their sellers. When helping a buyer, they always put the client before themselves. We highly recommend Chad and his team for all your real estate needs.

My experience with Randa over at Chad Schwendeman's office has been flawless! She went out of her way and had a lot of patience with us as we made a big decision to leave Montana and move to MN. There are no shortage of real estate agents but Chad is a real estate expert. He provided excellent customer service in addition to marketing that brought many more showings than previous Realtors we listed with. He was single minded in his attempts to do what we wanted and that was to sell our house. Don't waste your time searching for the best Realtor, you'll find him when you hire Chad Schwendeman.

I worked with Randa to find a house. She was so willing to show me homes and even some a second time. She was so fun to work with. Exit Realty is very fortunate to have such a great hard working and dedicated employee. She made looking for a home less stressful. She was very patient walking me through all the steps.
