Chad really gave his all from the start when we decided to sell our house. He was honest and provided us the necessary tools to get our house ready prior to listing it on the market. He met with us and provided us market selling and house value information and also explained the process of how his team works to coordinate showings and ultimately the end process when an offer is made and a purchase agreement is signed. My experience was with one of his sales rep, last year I was going threw a divorce I met Paul threw a coworker. Paul was right there, I've never worked so close to someone before that would help me fix things up or move furniture around my house and to make my house look super nice for my sale of my home.
