The staff at Chad Schwendeman Exit Reality was wonderful to me when I first walked into the door. They called for a agent to help me and Jackie Talmo came out right away and introduce herself to me. Jackie and her staff are awesome they work quickly with me to find the house I wanted. Jackie answered all of my questions. I differently would recommend anyone to Chad Schwendeman's and his Staff. thank you so much Chad and you staff. Sincerely , Richard Runston

Chad and his Team helped us sell our home in 2015, and purchase our new home. The entire experience was great. We were provided with updates along the way, our questions were answered in a very timely manner, and they made us feel like we were their only clients. This is the biggest purchase of our lifetime, and knowing we had Chad and his Team on our side was comforting and made the transaction very smooth!

My contact was with real estate professional Randa Haug - how excellent! She handled my purchase with ease and exceptional responsiveness and accommodated the fact that I was out of the country for the entire transaction! A real expert.

Randa and Josh were most helpful in taking the time to answer questions and make sure we understood the process. They were compassionate and patient knowing this was my wife's and my first home purchase. Randa was flexible to rearrange her schedule to accommodate our traveling over 3 hours to view interested homes. She comforted my wife when she was feeling frustrated and overwhelmed with the process at times. Randa also tried to match our personalities with the right people to help. Her experience and expertise was praised ... read more

While looking at homes around the state we found one in the Breezy Point area and called the Schwendeman agency and reached Amanda Lumley-Reichenbach. Her knowledge and understanding as well as all the assistance since has made this process move along and made us feel like we choose the best agency in the area. We have dealt with other realtors and she stands out.

Chad is amazing at his work, which for him is a calling. After moving to Michigan, I needed to sell my home in Minnesota; I wasn't available and he needed to work around (and with) tenants who had no incentive to help me sell. He gave amazing advice, wooed the tenants, was communicating constantly with all parties, and devised strategies to help every party feel like they were coming out on top. The tenants cooperated. I sold my house. I got a price that made me happy.

Jeff Isom, well I completely lucked out. From day one Jeff made me feel like "I mattered". Being my first house and my dad being 2 hours away, Jeff helped me like my dad would have helped me. He explained things in a way I could understand. He turned me away from gouses ge thought would be a maintenance headache and supported me above and beyond for the house I am purchasing. There were some projects that needed to get done around the house to be compliant, and Jeff told me he would take care of them. Honestly, Jeff has made... read more

Chad truly puts the marketing in marketing the house, when Chad says he will sell your house, consider it sold. After being on the market with another guy, I had Chad take over and he really did take over. When selling your house consider Chad it will be worth you time. John & LaVae Wencel
