He got us the house we loved, he did it in a very timely fashion, and he wasn't all about making money for himself. Chad is very knowledgeable about the Brainerd Lakes area and market. He is very dedicated to helping his clients sell and buy homes. He is quick to reply to every email and phone call. In fact, he negotiated the sale of our home while on vacation with his family, putting just as much time and effort into the process as he would have while working from his office. I would definitely use his services again, and I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

We had been with a different agent in the Brainerd Lakes area and never felt we where a team.
