We had the good luck of having Amanda Lumley assigned to us when we called about listing our home. I can't say enough good things about Amanda. Our process was painless with her assistance and they sold our home in less than 5 days! We still have the closing coming up but she has taken such great care of us that we are confident the last part of the process will go as easy as the first. Thank you Amanda!

Chad Risinski did a lovely job and responded right away at anytime when I had questions. I work overnights and he worked around my sleep schedual. He is very friendly, and did great with my 5 year old as I bring her with to all viewings and meetings we had. He seemed to really listen to my daughter as well.

We highly recommend Chad Schwendeman realty. Jackie Talmo was our agent. She was VERY personable, quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and kept our best interests in mind. We left feeling that she was not only an agent, but a friend. The Schwendeman/Exit team was a pleasure to work with.

Randa Haug was our agent. She did an excellent job and made the experience very enjoyable. Would highly recommend her and Exit Realty to friends and family.

Chad kept in touch with us through the whole process. We had so many showings. ..lost count of them all. With the marketing and advertising strategy Chad uses, we had prospective buyers from all over coming for a showing. This us the ONLY company that has this ability! We sold within 6 months and would HIGHLY recommend Exit Lakes Realty! Thanks again Chad and team ??

Working with the Chad Schwendeman Exit Real Estate team for both the sale and purchase of our home was the best experience! We worked with David and Jackie and they both had our backs and made sure we were at ease and happy during the entire process. We would never recommend any other real estate team!

Jackie Talmo was our agent and was impressed how she really listened to what we were looking for and found us our perfect house. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I had my home listed with another realtor and it didn't sell for over a year! After I listed it with Chad it sold within the next two months! I'm so thankful for Chad.

Expert advice in every step in the process. Very attentive to our needs and wants but never pushy. Had a great experience and found the home of our dreams!
