He sold our home in 4 months. We were impressed with how he kept it right at the front of the market. He showed it often. He is very appropriately advertising. It's not the market. It's the marketing. Definitely his words to live buy. And when we wanted to buy he showed us the type of home we wanted in the price range we wanted

Chad has been very helpful in listing our home and searching for a new one. He definitely knows the real estate industry. We haven't sold yet, but we have had a lot of showings and interest.

Chad followed through on everything he said he was going to do. His marketing strategies are top notch, he is straight forward and makes you feel like you are his only client, and his communications are timely. Chad ended up buying our house after negotiations fell through and stayed true to all of our agreements. If we ever buy or sell again Chad will be the only one we work with.

We moved from the East Coast in 2014 to the Brainerd Lakes area specifically to live on and enjoy MN lake living and fishing.
