I have been a frequent customer since the restaurant opened. I come to the restaurant to attend work events, mainly pharmaceutical dinner programs, as I work in healthcare as a healthcare professional, and make reservations for family and friend's birthdays, Easter, and Christmas Eve annually. Several times, we have felt rushed out although we always have a reservation. my wife don't eat meats and salad bar don't have enough items. paid $26 and not worth it. texas brazil is better
They were so busy during lunch that they forgot are drinks and only came by twice with a meat option
Got sat in a corner and for some reason all 3 of our cards kept getting overlooked. We only got to try about half of what they had to offer.
This was the worst experience we have ever had and we have come many times to this establishment. The food was good the lamb chops for dry, twice they serve the meat raw when I said medium rare and two items I specifically asked for they never brought sorry venting was cut short. And for some reason a manager walked by and wiped his hand on the corner of our table. I guess it was some residue of meat that was on his hand I took a picture. Wasn’t super impressed, especially for the price. I won’t return or recommend
I was disappointed with this visit. Usually the service is up to par with the selections. Our table rarely got offered portions, and when we did get someone, it was the same bottom sirloin, medium rare but burnt to a crisp on the outside. We had a reservation but wasn’t seated until 30 minutes later. We weren’t given napkins and had to ask 3 times, in which they brought us bar drink paper napkins. Finally asked a different server and got them.
