Need to work on seating system, and reservations. And also take away the 50 character minimum for reviews
For all the hype it was not any better than a regular chain steakhouse. The restaurant is in need of an update. Not very clean, the furniture was beat up. Bathrooms were dirty, not what I would expect from a "high class" restaurant. Waiters make you feel very rushed. They push $75+ bottles of wine like their lives depend on it...guess they don't pay the servers enough. We had a reservation and it still took 30 min to get a table. A waiter dropped someone else’s knife in our table that landed in our sides he basically grabbed the knife and didn’t replaced our sides
We where not to impressed, it was every loud to many people running around. They where pushing the top round steak and the bottom round steak. Only saw different type of beef and chicken one time. Sorry if your going to have a place severs different type of meat then have enough to go around. To sum things up I will not be going back to them again.
Sit in the middle Corner tables tend to get ignored like we were Check your bill!! Over billed on food and drinks!
Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!!! Wait staff was terrible although carvers were friendly and did a great job accommodating the cook level of steaks (medium, rare, well...). Since the size of our party guaranteed the waiter his tip - his service was deplorable often seeming put out. Although we had a confirmed reservation for 6 pm, we were still added to a waitlist and were not seated until after 6:30 pm. Had we known we would not have rushed to make the 6 pm reservation. Also paying adult price for 10 years old child who ate the same amount of food as the 6 years old is ridiculous.
Salad bar was not great. Service was mediocre. Overall better experience at Texas De Brazille. Would not recommend. No value for the money.
Much too expensive for what you get. The Filets and Ribeyes are good(if you get lucky and it comes by) but the different Sirloins they mostly serve are nothing special. Also, all the meats were a little too salty for my taste. Service was exceptional, always right there when we needed something.
