Excellent food and service. Very good salad bar including vegetables, cheeses and cold meats. Excellent variety of meat in spades. Very good brands of tequilas and wines.
Food was excellent. Service by our waiter was excellent. Would have preferred to be seated in the main room instead of in the small room we were sat in.
Service was amazing. Our waiter, Forest, was as as cute as a bug in a rug and very attentive! Had a blast with my girlfriends for my bday!
This was the second time we dined there and it was just as awesome as the first time. I love the attention and care the staff exhibited with our service. Both incidents were for birthdays and they were very gracious and classy with our celebration. Will definitely recommend Chama Gaucha to all of my friends.
Overall, this is my husband and I's third visit to Chama Gaucha - we have never been disappointed over anything provided. This visit was my for my Dad's Birthday - and was our treat to him as a gift. My only complaint about this visit was the consistent butting into our conversations, even when our cards were red and we were all obviously just enjoying our time together. We went with 5 kids. They didn't bother t to try and find out their ages, so we were over charged. Everything else was good.
For the money its a great value. The quality of the food is amazing and it keeps coming as long as you want. Great place to take my Son for his birthday. the service is incredible. Will make this a tradition in our family
I was very dissatisfied with my service. I kept asking for things and it was my son’s birthday and did not get them. Very heartbreaking to know that the simplest thing we requested for the evening was just a loaf of bread for my son’s birthday since there was none of the salad bar and we had already closed out our tab and paid and still didn’t have a few slices of bread he asked for. There were other things that were worse that happened, but I thought I would share on the simplest request that was made until just let you all... read more
Business response:
Thank you for sharing this, Michelle. Please accept our sincere apologies that your son's birthday fell so short, especially something as simple as the bread he asked for. We hope for the chance to make a future visit right.
Food was excelent about the services, napkins were wet, polenta and mashed potatoes came almost at desert time
Business response:
Thank you for sharing this. We're happy the food delivered, and we're sorry the timing of the sides and the napkins missed the mark. We've passed your feedback along to our team, and we look forward to welcoming you back.
