The meeting with Greg was very helpful in selecting four new vinyl windows. I appreciate the time he took to find ways to lower the initial price. He was very thorough in explaining how the windows were made. This was a difficult decision to make when replacing 22 year old vinyl windows. I hope to have them installed within the next 10-12 weeks.
Champion, especiallyBo B********* our sales representative, are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful appointment. Bo was prompt and answered all of our questions. We had several estimates from other window companies but none were as impressive as Champion. Their windows are superior to any others we have seen. We decided to partner with Champion for our whole home window replacement and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

We just had windows installed and they did a wonderful job. From the salesman to the installation everything went perfectly. The windows are beautiful.
The cost and design meeting withRon H***** from Champion was very helpful and helped us decide exactly what we needed. Ron was knowlegeable of the different products and offerred suggestions that we were not aware of to help obtain the exact design we wanted. The completion of the paperwork was explained clearly and multiple options were given to us along with time frames and the next steps was oulined clearly. We appreciate Ron's help and look forward to the completion of our new sunroom.
Gary D****** was great; Very knowledgeable, was on time. He took time to explain options in a clear manner that even us old folks could understand. He demonstrated how the windows operated, the type of materials used to complete the installation and very impressive was the glass its self. We can't wait to get our windows installed.
Redva was very knowledgeable about the product and thoroughly answered all of our questions. We appreciated his professionalism and friendly manner.
Russ was nice and very knowledgeable. Went thru everything from the way they are made until they are installed.Even though they are a little pricey I think they will be worth it. Wish I could afford to have the whole house done.
