We think they Champion did a pretty good job building our sunroom. We have been very pleased with the construction and our enjoying the sunroom.
The estimate/information session was very detailed and thorough. The detailing that was done for the products they offer was so complete and the pricing promotion was so good that the decision to purchase the windows was very clear to me by the end of the presentation. There were questions I had that were unexpected and the product representative called the sales manager several times to make sure that I had all the information I needed to make a decision. I would highly recommend this company.
Wonderful product with a solid guarantee. Very knowledgeable salesman, Bron, took time to show and explain information about the product and how it will add benefits to our home.
Steven M**** was great! He really listened to us and made sure we understood the windows. He went out of his way to take care of us. We can't wait to get our windows installed!
I have used Champion in the past twice and have found they stand behind their products. When they have a product that fails to meet the warranty, they replace and make right. After having bought windows for various homes where I've lived over the past 30 years, I highly recommend Champion Windows, *********. They have always responded quickly. They have always followed through with good warranty service. We have just purchased more windows and a door from them because of our high satisfaction. Overall very happy with the process: Pricing seemed fair for the quality of window. Windows were produced and installed earlier than expect and they left a tidy jobsite.
Have been a customer since 2011 and have been very pleased. **************** has been very good. Pricing competitive. Their word is good.
