Very professional great job used in the past ***** years recently used for additional windows replacement only thing I did not like they failed to inform me that the screens were on back order until now I have not heard anything from them as to. When the screens will be ready for install

Our salesperson was Bri. She gave an excellent presentation. The measuring man came soon afterwards. There was a small hold up on window materials, which was fine. There was a big hold up on the aluminum screens, also fine. This is Covid Time with all kinds of shortages. The installation of the windows went well and the screens eventually came. We love the new windows and are hoping to order more in the spring.

I contacted 5 siding businesses for a hail damage insurance claim from July 2019. One said they would take care of everything, including trim damage and painting, after 5-6 weeks they requested a signed agreement and deposit of $500 before giving me a proposal, which I signed but cancelled within the 3 day cancellation period when they failed to meet the insurance deadline. I had requested a quote for siding and got a 1 and 1/2 hour pitch on windows. Finally got information on siding. Lots of discounts offered. Looks to be a good product with great warranty, just may be out of my budget for the house and the location. Would price the house out of the market. Just a little pushing about making a decision on the spot. Still deciding.
