The process was pretty much straight forward. **** (sales rep) did an excellent job of explaining about product and making recommendations which met our approval. The technician who will install the windows we selected arrived promptly and did the second level of measuring to ensure the right size was ordered and where they would be located in our home. Overall, the process has been cut and dried from the beginning. We are now waiting for windows to be manufactured and installed.
Just started the process, had a sales person come home and provide an estimate and give me a rundown of the product, service and financing. Impressed with the professional and thorough presentation by the sales person ***********************. Decided to sign for the window installs for the entire house. Will post additional reviews once the actual installation work starts.
