Have had two great experiences with the ************* Champion Windows business. They designed and installed a large sunroom which is our favorite room, summer and winter. Great value and quality materials. Recently ordered replacement windows which we are waiting to have installed. Again, great design and sales service and competitive pricing. Nothing negative at all.
The Champion Windows rep explained the function, performance, and durability of the windows and what a good value they are at this time. The technicians will come by to measure and later install. The most important process at this time was the presentation by ******. He was very thorough about all the parts of the windows and the fantastic warranty. When a company offers such a great warranty it is the sign of a great product.
Great customer service. Very nice people to work with. The wait time for the windows is exactly what they say. No longer than the **** weeks. Already notices the difference in my bedroom this winter. No draft on my neck during bedtime. My utility **** didn't increase this year and I only had a few windows done. Just ordered the next couple windows. Will have the house done by next year. Thank you for the great customer service.
This is the third time weve used Champion. A great combination of price and quality. The installers are efficient, professional and neat. Martin and Aaron in Charlotte took care of us like they were old friends.

I got window replacement estimates from several companies. My Champion Windows rep went above and beyond all the others to explain their product options, process and answer all of my questions.
The process was pretty much straight forward. **** (sales rep) did an excellent job of explaining about product and making recommendations which met our approval. The technician who will install the windows we selected arrived promptly and did the second level of measuring to ensure the right size was ordered and where they would be located in our home. Overall, the process has been cut and dried from the beginning. We are now waiting for windows to be manufactured and installed.
