Champion installers Yankee & Marcus were excellent installers. Everything from being on time, total control over the tools and materials they were working with, and the unique characteristics of our home. Very professional and very polite. And let's not forget cleanup. Nothing left behind for my wife & I to deal with, and no damage to our existing landscaping or property. We are exceptionally pleased with the entire experience of replacing the seven window units with Champion and installers Yankee and Marcus.
This is the 4th project we've had done with them. Professional, quality work every time.
Redva gave us a very thorough and easy to understand overview of what it involve in replacing our storm damaged sunroom. He was also able to immediately provide us with an estimate that we can submit to our insurance company to get things moving. So far, so good.
What amazing customer service and product. the windows come out where you can actually clean the window seal! no gross clumps of dirt and grime. Greg went above and beyond driving all the way out to my house to help take measurements of the windows and go over different options with me customized to fit my actual needs not what would be most money making for the company. it was super nice to be able to get help and assistance from someone and not feel like a car dealership like other window companies do.
