I am very pleased with the windows installed in my house. Aron and Andrew the installers did and excellent job. Left everything nice and clean. I am waiting on my front door and my garage door to be installed over again. They are both opening in the wrong direction. At the factory the door hinges are put on the wrong side of the doors. I have been waiting 2 months now.

Salesman was great, very thorough and easy to work with. Installation was very professional , clean and respectful of our home and us. was OK. There was a delay in the materials and we didnt know for a couple weeks what was going on but all in all they estimated installation in Sept/October and it was completed in October

The company has been almost great. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star is because of the amount of wait time for the windows to be made. Good thin we weren't in a huge rush for them. We ordered them on May 20. They had to send people out 3 times because they kept losing the measurements. Then they sent the wrong size windows and we had to wait again. They finally got installed on Sept. 19. I understand the delay when it's because of puppies. I work in drywall and sometimes we have trouble with the supplies ourselves.... read more

I filled out the online request for quote a few days ago and got a call same day and they were able to get someone out a few days later. David came out and was on time and very nice and patient with my dogs. He explained the company and the process well. The demonstration is what sold me though. He did a heat lamp test on different window samples to see how much heat gets thru and then on Champion windows. The difference was incredible. I really love the level of service I received from Russ @ champion windows, **********Alabama He had a very nice demonstration. The windows are a very high quality window the engineering and the structure is really solid. The sales representative was awesome, he explained everything to us from the beginning to the end. Out of the 3 competitors he was the most professional with 110%. I would recommend Champion Windows to anyone. Looking forward to my new windows!

We met with Cutrtis W******** today to go over a patio enclosure. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We did our homework and were aware of some of champion offered, but Curtis educated us on many of the details of champion. Excellent!
