We were very happy with the process to obtain a quote and then get a signed contract. The sales person was easy to contact, answered all our questions and was not high pressure at all. I think the product is adequate quality, the sales person was reasonably knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the sales person called his boss to put more pressure on us to close a deal even though we advised him, up front, that we would not be making a decision until we had interviewed several other contractors.

Spencer gave us the Champion pitch today. Were still getting two other bids from competitors, but I liked what We heard today. The price is considerably better than the first bid we received, and the products look great. If the other bids fall through, Id have no issue going with Champion today.
