My husband and I met tonight with Mike B****** to discuss getting new windows for our house. Mike was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with us while we made our decision. We really appreciated his patience while we made our decision.

I think the product is adequate quality, the sales person was reasonably knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the sales person called his boss to put more pressure on us to close a deal even though we advised him, up front, that we would not be making a decision until we had interviewed several other contractors.

Spencer gave us the Champion pitch today. Were still getting two other bids from competitors, but I liked what We heard today. The price is considerably better than the first bid we received, and the products look great. If the other bids fall through, Id have no issue going with Champion today.
I am very pleased with the windows installed in my house. Aron and Andrew the installers did and excellent job. Left everything nice and clean. I am waiting on my front door and my garage door to be installed over again. They are both opening in the wrong direction. At the factory the door hinges are put on the wrong side of the doors. I have been waiting 2 months now.
