What amazing customer service and product. the windows come out where you can actually clean the window seal! no gross clumps of dirt and grime. Greg went above and beyond driving all the way out to my house to help take measurements of the windows and go over different options with me customized to fit my actual needs not what would be most money making for the company. it was super nice to be able to get help and assistance from someone and not feel like a car dealership like other window companies do. We were very happy with the process to obtain a quote and then get a signed contract. The sales person was easy to contact, answered all our questions and was not high pressure at all. I also appreciated the fact that Champion has a model show room which made it much easier to conceptualize the final product. So far we are very happy with our experience up to this point. I think the product is adequate quality, the sales person was reasonably knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the sales person called his boss to put more pressure on us to close a deal even though we advised him, up front, that we would not be making a decision until we had interviewed several other contractors.
